APAC AGGREGATE PLANT
MARCO designed, engineered and built a complete aggregate processing plant for APAC at their Harrisonville plant. The system MARCO supplied included a primary impact station with a Universal Max-Cap, a 150 ton surge hopper which allows for truck load out, a Pioneer 8×20 triple deckscreen plant, a Kodiak cone crushing plant, a three way splitter sending material to three 6×20 triple deck screens. The screen plant sits on top of 9 bins which allows fractional blending for products. A VSI screen plant was included to make fractional products. The plant has over 6,000 feet of tubular truss conveyors.
ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL MARCO SOLUTION
MARCO recently designed and built this washing and screening plant system. The system MARCO was responsible for included a tandem log washing system, utilizing McClanahan log washers, and a Diester 8×20 incline screen mounted on a structure. MARCO also supplied the pumping system which supplies the water required for the washing of the aggregate. All the plant conveyors consisted of MARCO Tubular Truss Conveyors.
