Truck Unloading Hoppers
Fabricated with flanges for mounting on concrete or a steel structure supplied by others. The frustum design has 50° sloping sides for rapid self-cleaning. Additional capacity is available by the use of available vertical side extensions. Abrasion Resistant Liners are recommended for maximum efficiency. Optional drive-over grizzlies are designed for the load of dump truck.
Shovel Loading Hoppers
Self-supporting frustum design with 50° sloping sides for rapid self-cleaning. The supporting structure is of bolted construction, and incorporates members of sufficient size to accommodate loads of frustum plus additional loads with the addition of Vertical Side Extensions. Shovel Loading Hoppers are available with either base plates or steel Skids. Abrasion Resistant Liners are recommended for maximum efficiency
Rail Unloading Hoppers
Fabricated with flanges for mounting on concrete or a steel structure supplied by others. Rail beams and spreaders are designed to American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Specifications and Cooper’s E70 Rail Loading, with 25% impact. Beams are recessed within the frustum to reduce the depth of the pit. Abrasion Resistant Liners are recommended for maximum efficiency.

Belt feeders, apron feeders and vibrating grizzly feeders typically require custom designed hoppers. Hoppers can be designed to be fed by front end loaders, clam shell excavators and dump trucks. MARCO has designed and manufactured wide variety of custom hoppers.
