MARCO was established in 1936 by E.F. Marsh Engineering and in 2005, became a part of Continental Companies.  Continental Companies is made up of a partnership which services the mining, cement, transportation, civil and construction markets. 

Continental Companies include three distinct businesses:

• Continental Manufacturing Company – An engineering company for material handling and processing equipment
• Continental Constructing Company – A construction company 
• Continental Equipment Company -  A full service distributor
